Declaring that you are autistic on your UCAS application is your individual choice. What is important when making this choice is that you understand the implications. 

Disclosing 

If you choice to disclose then you this information will be shared with the university and the university take take positive steps to make contact with you and determine the support if any that you may need 

Not Disclosing 

If you decide not to disclose then the university will not be aware of any support/accommodation needs, you may require. Though for some, this is not an issue, there are those that find that because they have not disclosed, their university experience can be negatively impacted and may be more overwhelming. 

Pre-entry meeting and Reasonable Adjustment  

The University encourages all applicants to disclose an impairment, long-term health condition or any support needs they have. This information is important as it can help to identify any appropriate support that is needed.
